Selle k\u00e4igus keskendutakse kliendi jaoks olulistele k\u00fcsimustele, et saavutada parimaid tulemusi ja selgemaid eesm\u00e4rke\n                      ning leida nende saavutamiseks sobivad meetodid.<\/p>\n                    <p><strong>Meeskonna coaching&nbsp;<\/strong>aitab meeskonna liikmetel, kes t\u00e4idavad erinevaid v\u00f5i sarnased t\u00f6\u00f6rolle \u00fcksteise seisukohti paremini m\u00f5ista, leida \u00fcles v\u00f5imalikud kitsaskohad ja v\u00e4lja selgitada parima strateegia edasiminekuks.\n                      Meeskonna coaching aitab meeskonnal saavutada paremat koost\u00f6\u00f6d, suurendada avatud suhtlust ja usaldust.<\/p>\n                    <p>\n                      <br>\n                    <\/p>\n                    <p>Minule omasemaks on saanud lahenduskeskne coaching.
